Please Note:

  • Credit card prepayment via Jane is required to secure an appointment.

  • Receipts for you to present to your insurance provider will be available in your Jane account. I do not bill directly to 3rd party insurers

  • Session costs are often covered for clients insured with Pacific Blue Cross, Equitable Life, Greenshield, and SunLife and Doctors of B.C. However, coverage amounts can vary widely. It is advisable to check with your provider before beginning counselling.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is for your exclusive use. When it is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else. Therefore, except in cases of sudden illness or genuine emergencies, full payment will be processed for cancellations that take place with less than 24 hours notice.
