I have always been a listener at heart. Deep listening is one of the most powerful gifts one human being can give to another.

In my practice I welcome adults from all walks of life, including new parents, working professionals, retirees, and anyone navigating life challenges. I am particularly drawn to working with those experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, isolation, and relationship stress in connection with changes at midlife.Whether you’re managing work stress, facing retirement, experiencing loss, or simply feeling off-balance, I’m here to support you.

What You Can Expect
When Working With Me

My approach in therapy is relaxed, relationship-based and collaborative. I work to ensure that therapy is tailored to meet a client’s unique needs and goals. Clients say that they appreciate my calm, easygoing manner and my genuine interest in their experience.

When I work with clients, I find I often notice recurring themes or patterns of behaviour that run through their lives. I bring client’s attention to these patterns in a curious, but gentle way. Helping people come to truly see themselves is the first step toward real, lasting change.

Prefer to
Walk and Talk?

While many people enjoy the comfort of having therapy sessions in the comfort of their own home, not everyone likes to sit in front of a computer. Some people find it easier to speak about what they’re feeling when they are outdoors on the move. Therefore, I provide my clients both options so that they can select what works best for them. Rest assured, you can move between walk-and-talk and online sessions according to your comfort level and do not have to stick with one or the other.

My walk-and-talk therapy practice - formerly known as Vancouver Walk and Talk Therapy - has been profiled by the CBC, Maclean’s Magazine, and other publications. You can view the full list of articles here.
